I think that we can all agree that life as we knew it has changed forever.
As we continue to navigate the challenges of our daily lives and the world around us, I believe we need to face these challenges with courage, commitment, and energy. To do so, it is crucial that we take time to surround ourselves gently and lovingly with ways to manage and mitigate these challenges for both ourselves and our families. Coming together in the La Luz Circles allows us to empower ourselves in developing our visual voice, managing our emotions, anxieties, and fears, exploring our dreams, our inner selves, while deeply connecting with a dynamic community of female creatives that truly and fully see, support, and embrace each of us on our journeys through these challenging times.
Art is my favorite way to do just that.
Art has the unique capacity to awaken and access our most creative life energy, identifying and releasing blocks and the hold of ancestral entanglements, healing and releasing old wounds, while manifesting our next steps into this unknown world that we are forging together.

This 3-month Program is calling:
Fearless warriors that want to access their most creative life energy to discover new ways to hold their lives with compassion and curiosity while dreaming in their new intentions.
Dormant artists who are ready to rekindle their creativity, reconnect to their soul, and reclaim their creative and expressive artistic fire!
Mystics and Empaths who want to access their consciousness through color, texture and images that emerge on the page and support them to connect more fully to their lives.
The Program
Bi-Weekly Online Group Gatherings
Over the course of three months, we will gather together every
other week for 3.5 hours to:
Relearning what it means to make “art” and listen to the art in dialogue with your heart
Uncover, unleash, and release your amazing creative life energy!
Bring forth who you want to be and the life you want to live
Come into deep communication with your inner guides, ancestors and source through art and the systemic constellation process
Rediscover and/or reconnect with some of your gifts that have long been buried and want to come up to the light
Journaling and intentionally dialog with your art piece(s) to receive its’ message(s)
Interpret how the messages, feelings and the power of your art communicate to you about what you want to next manifest!
Share and connect with a community of like-minded female explorers of the soul.
Intention.
Each week will build on the previous week by introducing new themes and supporting you to go inwards to dream your next step in the manifesting the life you long to be living. The intention is that through a deeper connection with your creative life energy, you will gain a vision for the next step in your life – be it a new job/business, new relationship, inner transformation, next creative work or whatever you dream in! By connecting regularly to this creative process you will begin to release old fears, anxieties and learn new tools to deal with your feelings, connect with your intuition, and begin to trust that the Universe has your back!
Exploration.
Explore new drawing/painting materials (we have had some women even working in printing, collage, and incorporating knitting into their artwork!), exercises and experiment with different tools for delving into your unconscious self and bringing forth the beauty and magic, as well as the resistance or blocks that keep you from growing into your truest self, that lay just below the surface of our consciousness.
Reception.
Each circle size will be limited to 10 people. Participants do not have to have any experience or training in making art! They do need to come with an open mind and heart to begin to explore their inner landscape and release their innate creative life force!
Also Included:
Develop Individual Symbol, Color and Technique Library
Through the course of our work together certain themes, colors, symbols and textures will begin to emerge in your work. By developing and documenting these elements you will be able to refer back to them as a guide to the messages that are coming through your artwork.
2-hr Private Consultations
with Polly
Together we will review your experience in unleashing and welcoming your creative energy. We will explore themes, thoughts, emotions and messages that your artwork has brought to light. We will approach these elements through systemic constellations, and dialoging with your artwork to access your body’s natural capacity to perceive and integrate the ordinary, ancestral and spiritual dimension of what it means to be you. Polly will guide you to clarify your desires, crystalize your intentions, step to your edge, and move beyond.
